In addition, the presentation will include information on looming teacher shortages, admission to a graduate education program, field and clinical experiences and requirements for obtaining licensure through the Illinois State Board of Education. This session is designed for individuals who already hold a teaching license and are interested in a graduate program to earn additional credentialing in the area of Reading and Literacy including reading specialist or reading teacher endorsement or Educational Leadership with Principal Endorsement. Faculty and program directors will present on the social justice emphasis embedded in these programs as well as admission to graduate education and requirements for licensure through the Illinois State Board of Education. This presentation will include information on both degree and endorsement programs. Are you interested in understanding how human and environmental factors influence an individual’s participation in meaningful daily life activities? If so, the field of Occupational Therapy may be for you. Join us to learn more about the planned MS Occupational Therapy Program and how you may be able to work with children and adults in a variety of medical and community-based settings.
