Pathways
Pathways

Pathways is a confidential, personal development and support group of 8-10 female students to talk about current issues that are affecting college age women. The group will meet weekly from 2:00 to 3:00pm on Wednesdays, February 26 to April 22 (not March 18) in the Lewis Family Room in the Miguel Center, next to Sancta Alberta Chapel.

Pathways is a safe space to explore self-care, self-worth and relationships.  Members will participate in activities on mindfulness and reflection.  It will be a great opportunity to build connection and self-awareness.  All female students are welcome.

Call (815) 836-5455 to schedule your pre-group introductory meeting by 2/21.  Contact Tracy Takeda LCPC with any questions.
