Water Aerobics- Need to spice up your exercise regiment? Break a sweat in the water! The water will provide you great resistance and add an extra challenge to your cardiovascular and strength workout. Appropriate for all levels. Water weights and noodles are also used to add more resistance to the workout. Most of class taught in shallow end of the pool with an option to use the deep end at times.

Ab Lab- Challenge the powerhouse of your body - the core muscles.  Focus on strengthening the entire torso, including the abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles in a short 30 minute class.

Yoga- This class is a great way to de-stress and relax in the middle of a busy day.  Challenge and connect with your mind and body with a series of asanas, vinyasas, breathing, and stretching.  This class goes through a series of postures that are both energizing and relaxing.

Strong- STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Moves will include kickboxing, plyometrics, body weight training, and core exercises. Modifications will be provided, class is meant for all fitness levels.

Zumba- Zumba is one of the most unique, fun, and beneficial exercise programs to have blessed the fitness market for its diversity and level of fun! There are numerous different styles of Latin dances mixed in , and the beautiful part of this class is that you don't have to be a dancer or professional. Period. Zumba Fusion allows anyone and everyone to have fun while dancing and exercising, and at the same time - learning different styles of movement to amazing music.

Zumba Sculpt- 25 minutes of Zumba followed by 25 minutes of toning using a variety of fitness tools.

Pilates- Pilates is a mat-based class that utilizes precise movements to activate, isolate and stabilize core muscles. This class is great for improving posture, flexibility, balance and strength.

Sports Conditioning- A group fitness class available for the athlete or non-athlete to perform agility drills, sport specific exercises, and weight training for the ultimate total body cardio and strength workout!

Quick Cardio- Workouts involve bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. H.I.I.T. workouts tend to burn more calories than traditional workouts. Even though a H.I.I.T. workout is challenging, it can be modified for people of all fitness levels.

Pilates Barre-This low-impact workout uses light weights, bands and a classic ballet barre to tone strengthen and tighten your whole body.

Ready for the Weekend- Get your sweat on before the weekend starts! This class changes weekly with a special theme. Anything from Dance Fitness parties to kickboxing, interval training, and weight training could be in store!  

Spin Core- Thirty minutes of  spinning followed by fifteen minutes of core work. 

Spin Yoga- 20 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga. 

Wednesday Weights- This class is a full-body, resistance training workout designed to sculpt your body from head to toe. We will guide you through a different workout each week with dumbbells, body bars, stability balls, resistance bands, and bosus.
