Alumnus Dennis Radwanski to be Honored on March 21 Adam Smith Event

The Annual Adam Smith Event returns March 21 at Lewis University. Alumnus Dennis Radwanski will be honored with the Alumnus of the Year Award at 6 p.m. in the University Dining Room. The event is free and open to the public.
The award presentation by Dr. David Livingston, president of Lewis University, will be followed Radwanski offering a few words to students, faculty, and staff on his experiences, career achievements, and professional insights in relation to economics and business.
In 1998, Radwanski earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He went on to become the owner of Independence Towing & Recovery, Argonne Animal Hospital, and several other properties.
Dr. Larry Hill, professor and chair of Economics in the College of Business is the founder of Adam Smith Week, a week dedicated to a variety of activities that demonstrate the role of economics and business in our society. It is recognizably named after Adam Smith, the “Father of Economics.”
