Support Students with the Oct. 24 Online Signum Fidei Celebration

Published: October 12, 2020.

The annual Signum Fidei Celebration is going online. Become a member of the live virtual audience and register at www.alumni.lewisu.edu/SignumFidei for this all-new virtual event on Saturday, October 24.

Tom Skilling, WGN meteorologist, will host with special guests: Dr. David Livingston, Lewis students, and other members of the Flyer community – and a guest performance from Maggie Speaks.

Each individual registration comes with two Lewis University wine tumblers that will be shipped directly to your home for you to enjoy during the event at 7 p.m. CST. Tune in at 6:45 p.m. for an exclusive opportunity to learn how to make a signature cocktail for the evening called “Charlie’s Punch” with a SURPRISE mixologist.

Raffle tickets can also be purchased at alumni.lewisu.edu/raffles. This year’s raffle items include Virtual Meet & Greet with Tom Skilling, overnight stay at The Westin Lombard, custom painting by Lewis’ very own Mark Swain, a private jazz trio from the Lewis Music Department, and more.

Each fall, the Office of Advancement hosts the Signum Fidei gala to raise funds for the Lewis University Mission Fund, which provides critical assistance to our students facing unprecedented financial hardships. Over the last decade, this event has raised nearly $2 million and allowed over 300 Lewis students to continue their education at Lewis.
