U.S. News & World Report Ranks Lewis a Top 25 University in the Midwest

In a year that has been so transformative for higher education, U.S. News & World Report continues to rank Lewis University as a Top 25 Regional University in the Midwest.

“Our focus on finding innovative ways to help our students achieve success remains at the forefront of our university, regardless of what challenges are present,” Dr. David J. Livingston, president of Lewis University, commented. “Our Catholic and Lasallian tradition strengthens our supportive community atmosphere where all feel welcome and safe to pursue their dreams.”

Lewis University saw score improvements across multiple areas including predicted graduation rate, actual graduation rate, and percent of classes under 20 students. Also, Lewis University has no classes with 50 or more students. This builds upon gains made in recent years in graduation rates and successful job placement of graduates.

In addition to the Top 25 ranking, Lewis University was also recognized by U.S. News on the following lists:

  • Top Performers on Social Mobility
  • Best Value Schools
  • Best Colleges for Veterans

In a new feature this year, Lewis University was further honored by being included on U.S. News & World Report’s inaugural list of Undergraduate Computer Science Programs.
