Lewis Women's Golf Qualifies for NCAA Super Regionals

Thursday (April 27), the NCAA Golf Commitee announced that Lewis University women's golf was selected to the NCAA Super Regionals.

As a four player team the Flyers had a team average score of 318.10.

The Flyers top performer has been Rachel Sweeney (Highlands Ranch, Colo./Mountain Vista) with a average of 78.15, the lowest of the team.

GLVC teams to participate in the regional bracket of the tournament include UIndy, GVSU, Missouri-St. Louis, Illinois Springfield, and Southern Indiana.

Lewis was assigned to the East Super Regional hosted by Walsh University at Glenmoor Country Club in Canton, Ohio. The championships will take place May 17-20.
