COURSE: 16-366 Corporate Health and Fitness Programming (3)
This course covers the advanced principles of fitness programming with application to specific sport and corporate environments. Included are leadership techniques for the development of safe and individualized cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, flexibility and wellness programs. Prerequisite: 16-211 or 16-212 and 16-196 or 16-197. Offered: Spring.
