Jada Hoffman

Jada Hoffman is a Chicago native majoring in Public Relations and Advertising and minoring in Radio and TV broadcasting. She is very active on campus serving as the captain for the Women's Track and Field team, Assistant News Editor for the Flyer, a Student Ambassador and a worker in the Office of Student Activities. Hoffman has been part of Student Senate since her freshman year serving as Freshman senator and the Director of Communications. As President, she hopes to be the voice of all students from all backgrounds to ensure they have the best college experience Lewis can offer.

Angelo Anthony Goduto is a resident of South Elgin, Illinois. He is a Junior at Lewis University and is majoring in Aviation Administration and minoring in Business Administration. Angelo is a worker at Student Activities and is living on campus. He played hockey in high school and was placed on Varsity all four years. He was elected Vice President by his fellow peers.

Alexandria Wilson grew up in Crete, Illinois. She attended Crete-Monee High School where she was heavily involved in extracurricular activities, including Student Government, where she held the position of treasurer and president. She enjoys playing video games, reading, and listening to music. As a young girl, Alexandria knew that she had to stand up for what she believed in no matter the consequences so she is double majoring in Paralegal Studies and Peace Studies with a minor in Political Science with the dreams of becoming a lawyer. Her biggest influencers have been her family, but she cannot forget the ones that paved the way for her like Martin Luther King and Barack Obama. As she starts her new journey at Lewis she has joined the Black Student Union and has become a student ambassador. However, Ms. Wilson is not done with her journey yet and she wants to make an impact on the world, whether big or small, she just wants to help change someone's life for the better.

Azana Clark Jordan is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She currently lives in Plano, Illinois. Azana is a nursing major and a psychology minor. She is also an active member on the women's track and field team at Lewis university. As athletic senator, she plans to provide insight for what athletes and all students want.

Miranda Beverly is a junior Nursing major. Miranda chose to study Nursing because she cares strongly about becoming a patient's advocate. That same character is why Miranda is Junior Class Senator. By representing her class, Miranda has the opportunity to voice her classmate's concerns and ideas on their behalf. Miranda is actively involved on campus, she is a student worker at our Recreation Center and has been an orientation leader to incoming freshmen and transfer students. In Miranda's free time when she is not studying or working she likes to spend time with family and friends. Miranda is so happy to be the Junior Class senator and can't wait to push for the best possible experience for everyone at Lewis University.

Jaqueline Olague-Jamaica is a transfer student in her junior year. She is majoring in Criminal Justice and plans on becoming a police officer. Additionally, along with Law Enforcement, Jacquie is passionate about law and is considering attending law school in the future. She currently volunteers at a local police department, enjoys reading, and is an avid equestrian. Jacquie is a return Senator and she intends to continue to represent her constituents diligently.

Duyen Hai Doan, Aurora for short, is a Freshman double majoring in International Business and Finance. She is an international student from Vietnam. She has been in America for about two years. She is currently working at the International Office as an undergraduate assistant. She is also a vice president of ISA and a student ambassador. She loves helping other students because she wants to give them the best college experience during their school years. She will represent the student as a whole and faculty to make the college experience well for everyone. As the international senator, she will be the voice for all international students and speak up for what they seek and desire.

Griselda Chavez is a junior majoring in Political Science with two minors: Ethnic & Cultural Studies and Spanish. Griselda is the Greek Organization senator and is excited to promote positive, impacting change for the entire student body at Lewis! As a member of Gamma Phi Omega and serving as their community service chair, she wants to see growth for Greek Life representation on campus. One of her goals in Student Senate includes embracing the diversity of Lewis students by finding more ways to celebrate all cultures and ethnicities, which in return maintains Lewis' welcoming and Lasallian atmosphere!

Joey Ancel is a senior majoring in Elementary and Middle School Education. This is Joey's third year on Student Senate and he hopes to continue voicing the concerns of all students on campus. In addition to being the Transfer Senator, Joey is involved in many other parts of campus life including being a Resident Assistant (RA) in South Hall, a Student Ambassador in the Office of Admissions, and a retreat leader in Ministry. In Joey's free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, doing community service, traveling, and taking pictures. Joey is excited to be a part of the team that helps make a difference on campus for the flyer community.

Saenovia Poole is a resident of Hobart, Indiana. She attended Hobart High School where she participated in many extra curricular activities and volunteer work. While attending Hobart High School, she grew a passion for becoming politically active and making sure that all have an equal opportunity to succeed. Saenovia enjoys dancing, singing, reading, and updating herself on current events. As she continues her journey at Lewis University, Saenovia is doing all she can to make sure that she stays involved such as joining the Black Student Union and Mock trail. Saenovia's overall goal is to make sure that all students feel represented and heard regardless of who they are.
