On-Line Student Records and Course Registration

Lewis University uses Campus Anyware for student information and administrative financial system. Campus Anyware provides Lewis employees with access to student information beginning with the student’s first inquiry with the Admission office through graduation. Campus Anyware also includes software for processing the University ’s financial records.

Training on Campus Anyware or any of the online services may be scheduled by contacting Tammy Kuse (kuseta@lewisu.edu) or Sue Meyers (meyerssu@lewisu.edu).  

Online Admission Applications, Online Registration/Student Records and Online Grading capabilities are also provided by Campus Anyware for our prospects, students and faculty.

All students are assigned a Campus Anyware account to view their records on-line. Some options available with on-line student records include accessing final grade reports, viewing course schedules, tuition payments, applying for graduation, ordering official transcripts and course registration.

Campus Anyware  Login Information:

• Go to http://www.lewisu.edu/academics/onlineRecords.htm
  
• Depending on your program, choose one of the two options below:
  
  
  •  Accelerated Programs Students
  • Undergraduate/Graduate Students
    
    
• Username:   Your Lewis ID number (found on your Lewis ID card or course schedule).
  
  
• PIN:  Your eight digit birth date (i.e. 03072006).

Please note that the login information above does not apply to most students when registering for classes on-line. For on-line registration, a special PIN must be obtained from the student's advisor.
