Submit Grades Online

Step
Hints
1. Open a browser and go to www.lewisu.edu  
2. Click on Faculty and Staff and then click on Online Grading/Class Lists .  
3. Enter your Lewis ID number and PIN, then click
Login button.
•If this is the first time, your PIN is the 1st part of your @lewisu.edu email address, in upper case letters. You will be asked to change your PIN. Type in your new PIN in “New PIN” and “Verify New PIN” boxes and then click the “Change PIN” button.
Don’t know your Lewis ID? Look on your pay statement for a 9 digit number starting with 200 or 201. Still don’t know, call the HelpDesk at 815/836-5950 during normal business hours. They can also assist you with your PIN.
4. Click on the Online Grading button.  
5. Select the current term from the dropdown list and click the Continue button.  
6. Highlight the class for which you wish to enter grades from the Course dropdown list, click the Continue button.  
7. Enter a grade from the dropdown list for each student.  
8. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your grade entries for this course. You may enter all or some of your grades for each course, but always click “Save”.
9. The message GRADING DATA HAS BEEN SAVED will appear to confirm your submission. If you wish to print a copy of your grades, you must do so after you click “save” For a condensed copy of your class grades, open your class list and click “printer friendly version”
10. To grade other courses, click the blue Back button near the top right of the page. Do not use the back button on your browser.  
11. Select next course for grading and repeat steps 6-8. If you want to go back to a previous screen, use the blue “Back” button, not the back button on your browser.
12. When all courses are graded, click the Sign Out button and close the browser.  
You can enter or change submitted grades until the deadline for grade submission.
