Resetting Your Network/ Email Password

for Faculty/Staff

Password Requirements

• To qualify as a “medium complexity” password, the password:
• Must be at least 8 characters in length.
• Must contain at least one Upper Case Letter.
• Must contain at least one Lower Case Letter.
• Must contain at least one Number.
• Must contain at least one Special Character.

Resetting your Password

• Using myCampus:
  1. Login to https://mycampus.lewisu.edu/
  2. Located just below the login fields you will find “Reset Password | Reset Expired Password”
  3. Click “Reset Password”
  4. Enter the answers to the two security questions:
  5. After answering the security questions, you will be prompted to change your password
  6. Enter your new password.
  7. Confirm your new password.
  8. Click “Submit.”
     
     
• Using Web Access Faculty/Staff:
  1. Login to webmail.lewisu.edu
  2. Click on the Options link.
  3. Click on the Change Password button under the “Shortcuts to other things you can do” section.
  4. The Change Password screen will load with the Domain\User Name filled in.
  5. Enter the following:
     1. Old Password:  Current password.
     2. New Password: New password.
     3. Confirm New Password: Same as above.
  6. Click on Save.

• From a Lewis University network computer:
  1. Login to a Lewis University network computer.
  2. Do a CTRL/ALT/DEL.
  3. Choose Change Password.
  4. Enter the following:
     1. Old Password:  Current password.
     2. New Password: New password.
     3. Confirm New Password: Same as above.
  5. Click on the Arrow to submit.
