Any employee who is affected by a contagious disease is required to be under the medical supervision of his/her physician. Such employee shall inform the Director of Health & Counseling Services concerning his/her condition.
The Director of Health & Counseling Services, in consultation with medical personnel affiliated with the University, shall handle each situation on a case by case basis and shall do so in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
