All members are full time faculty members with other teaching, committee, and scholarship responsibilities. We will try to review applications as quickly as possible.

**Please note that the Faculty Development Committee is provided a funding budget by the Provost's Office for the entire year. Applications will be reviewed until funds are exhausted. It is possible that one or more spring submission dates could be canceled if money runs out. It is advantageous to apply for funding early in the year.

Reimbursement Process for Approved Applications

After your request has been approved by the Faculty Development Committee, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with directions for submitting the necessary information for reimbursement. Please do not send receipts until your request has been approved by the Committee. The reimbursement form and accompanying survey are located under the respective application descriptions.

For reimbursement of committee approved expenses, you must submit original receipts for all eligible expenses. You must have receipts in order to receive reimbursement. The Committee will complete a check requisition and forward it to the Provost's Office. Please maintain copies of your receipts for your records. This year you must apply for reimbursement within a month after the conclusion of an event or the funds reserved for your use will be released for others to use. If you cancel your plans, please contact Dr. Joyce Hayward or your Faculty Development Representative right away so that the funds can be released for others to use.
