Sue and Alvin are located in TLT Services. The office is located on the first floor of the Library in the LRC Building. You can usually find them Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Contact Sue for Blackboard support and instructional design for online, blended and web-enhanced course. Alvin is available for technical support of Blackboard and assistance with other media. |

Rich and the TLT Graduate Assistant (x5748) are
located just outside the TLT Support Office on the first floor of the
library
(South
West
Corner).
Faculty (full-time, part-time, and adjuncts) are encouraged to contact
Rich with any classroom technology requests (i.e. laptop computer, projector,
DVD player, etc.). Rich and the student employees can set up and take down
equipment for each class. To ensure equipment availability, place your
request as early as possible. Because Rich is often out setting up or taking
down equipment, be assured that he will respond appropriately to any messages
left.
Throughout the Fall and Spring semesters, the Graduate Assistant
is typically in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, although
hours may vary,
so an
appointment
for assistance is recommended. |
