Water Aerobics- Need to spice up your exercise regimen? Break a sweat in the water! The water will provide you great resistance and add an extra challenge to your cardiovascular and strength workout. Appropriate for all levels. Water weights and noodles are also used to add more resistance to the workout. Most of class taught in shallow end of the pool with an option to use the deep end at times.

Ab Lab- Challenge the powerhouse of your body - the core muscles.  Focus on strengthening the entire torso, including the abdominals, oblique’s, and lower back muscles in a short 30 minute class.

Spinning- This 45-minute indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spinning program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.

TBC (Total Body Conditioning)- Tighten, tone, and condition your entire body!  Working through a variety of upper body, lower body, and core exercises, no muscle group gets left out! Appropriate for all fitness levels.

AGT (Abs, Glutes, Thighs)- Come work your abs and lower body with some toning exercises! Working with a variety of weights, stability balls, and BOSU balls, to work all areas of the legs and core. Appropriate for all fitness levels. 

Step & Tone- Step to the beat to strengthen your cardiovascular system and your entire body!  You will go through basic step combinations and engage in a variety of strength training exercises for an awesome full-body workout.

Pilates- Increase flexibility, body awareness, core strength, and lean muscles during this great workout.  Pilates is a refreshing mind-body exercise that focuses on breathing, strength, and flexibility.

Yoga- This class is a great way to de-stress and relax in the middle of a busy day.  Challenge and connect with your mind and body with a series of asanas, vinyasas, breathing, and stretching.  This class goes through a series of postures that are both energizing and relaxing.

TurboKick  Hip Hop- The unique Turbo Kick movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give the ultimate cardiovascular workout. Turbo Kick allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. 30 minutes of Turbokick and 30 minutes of Hip Hop Dance moves.

PiYo- is a class that combines Yoga Poses with Pilates mat exercises to build CORE strength and enhance agility and balance.  PiYo™ is a faster paced class than Gentle Yoga and provides a moderately challenging workout similar to Vinyasa (flow-style) yoga.
