Health Services Message

Dec 5th, 2012 | By | Category: FEATURED ARTICLES, SERVICES TO STUDENTS

This message comes as a reminder that ALL students taking 6 or more credit hours on the main campus must meet State of Illinois College Immunization Code Requirements. I have attached a copy of the Health Related Admission Letter that should be provided to ALL students at the time of Admission. This alone has proven over and over to be a challenge as the University has varied means, processes and procedures for admitting students. I am simply attempting to reach anyone who may have the responsibility for admitting/registering students. If this does not apply to you; please disregard this message.

This information is also available on the Health Services webpage: http://www.lewisu.edu/studentservices/health/index.htm and on the Admitted Student website: http://www.lewisu.edu/admissions/admittance/

Thank you and feel free to direct students with Health Related Admission questions to the Center for more information.
