This message comes as a reminder that ALL students taking 6 or more credit hours on the main campus must meet State of Illinois College Immunization Code Requirements. I have attached a copy of the Health Related Admission Letter that should be provided to ALL students at the time of Admission. This alone has proven over and over to be a challenge as the University has varied means, processes and procedures for admitting students. I am simply attempting to reach anyone who may have the responsibility for admitting/registering students. If this does not apply to you; please disregard this message.
