One of America’s finest professional male vocal ensembles, “Cantus” is performing at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at Lewis University in the Sancta Alberta Chapel.
Cantus’ repertoire spans several periods and genres, including contemporary art songs, early music, world music and pop. The group regularly commissions new works and provides innovative residencies, collaborations and educational programs. Touring extensively, the ensemble has recently performed in the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Open to the public, this performance is being presented as a part of Lewis University’s Arts & Ideas Program, providing cultural and educational programming for students and the community.
