Admission Process

Contact your immediate supervisor to indicate your interest in the McDonald ’s Educational Alliance with Lewis University.

Complete and submit the McDonald’s – Lewis University Application Form.

  • $40 application fee
  • Supervisor’s signature at the bottom, back side of the application
Request official transcripts from all colleges attended.
Lewis University staff will contact you to discuss your application, supporting documents, and next steps needed to complete the application process.
