How to Apply for Financial Aid
- Apply for your PIN number at WWW.PIN.ED.GOV (If you have not already done so)
- Complete 2010-2011 FAFSA at WWW.FAFSA.GOV
- Include Lewis University on the FAFSA, via school code: 001707
Once the Office of Financial Aid Services receives your completed FAFSA, supplemental information may be requested. These documents are available on our Forms page.

Regular business hours are:
- Monday - Thursday : 9am - 6pm.
- Friday: 8:30am - 2pm
