Scholarships are awarded upon admission and available to full-time undergraduate students based on outstanding high school or college academic records, outstanding talent in theatre, art, music or athletic ability.

Note: Scholarships are not available to students who enroll in accelerated, contract, cohort and second bachelor's degree programs.

All outside scholarships will be split between semesters unless otherwise specified. If you received notification that you are the recipient of an external scholarship, you can forward a copy of the notification to the Financial Aid Office and the amount will be added to your account at an estimated status until the check is received. Please include your Student ID number on all correspondence if possible.
If an invoice is needed for a scholarship, please send your request to Kathy Bruss, Scholarship Counselor at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a copy of your bill is required for a scholarship, a copy of your e-bill should serve as official documentation. Any questions regarding your bill should be directed to the Office of the Bursar.
Requests for official transcripts or verification of enrollment should be directed to the Registrar’s Office.These scholarship dollars are limited, so you should apply for admission before the respective priority consideration date of January 15 for freshmen students or May 1 for transfer students. The Lewis University Office of Admission will provide you with a final decision concerning your academic scholarship eligibility for the 2012-2013 school year once you have been officially admitted to the university.
