    • Become acquainted with the campus

    • Receive academic advising
    • Register for classes
Lewis University will inform you of the SOAR program dates as they become available.

  • Send Your Final Transcripts
Lewis University is excited to have you as a new transfer student, but classes you took or are still taking at another institution need to be verified once you enroll. If you’ve completed coursework at more than one university, you will need to send in transcripts from all institutions attended.

    • Make arrangements to have your official transcript (which includes graduation date) mailed once your final grades are posted, to the following address:

      Lewis University
      Office of Admission
      One University Parkway
      Romeoville, IL 60446

    • Students will be prevented from registering for future terms until the final transcript is received.
  • Set Up/Pay Tuition
Billing for tuition and fees is generated as soon as you register for class. Tuition is due prior to the beginning of each new semester, unless you have employer reimbursement.

    • The Employer Deferred Billing Form (submitted each term) and the Financial Responsibility Agreement (submitted once only) should be received by Pam Maciulewicz, Lewis University Bursar, prior to beginning classes.
    • ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT.
    • Both forms are available on the Bursar webpage. Please contact the University Bursar’s office directly at (815) 836-5283 for assistance with all billing matters.
  • Submit Your Immunization Records
All students are required to submit immunization history and medical history forms.

    • Visit the Center for Health & Counseling Services web page to download the Immunization/Medical History Form.
    • Submit the form to your high school or most recent college/university attended for release of these records.
    • If the Request for Release of Immunization Records cannot be completed by these institutions, download and/or print the Student Immunization Information form to be completed by you and your physician.
    • Once the appropriate forms are completed (either by your school or physician), return to the following address via mail, fax, or email:

      Lewis University
The Center for Health and Counseling Services
      One University Parkway, Unit #273
      Romeoville, IL 60446
      Fax: (815) 836-5047

  • Spring classes: before the first week of March
You are strongly encouraged to submit your immunization and medical records prior to starting classes – the sooner the better.
