Students pursue advanced skills in nursing: performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and more. Students also learn methods for educating patients, promoting healthy communities and preventing disease.
As a graduate of the Adult Nurse Practitioner program, you will be prepared to provide primary healthcare for adolescents and adults in a range of settings -- hospitals, clinics, private practice and the home.
