Cybersecurity starts with you
Lewis University Graduate School of Management invited you to an event to discuss the importance of increasing the American public's awareness and understanding about cybersecurity, and the role that academia, non-profits, and the public and private sectors play in preparing our Nation's next generation cyber workforce.
As part of the Stop.Think.Connect. public education campaign, the Cyber Citizen Forum brought together representatives from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Lewis University's Institute for Information Assurance as well as leadership, faculty and students from Lewis University, to discuss the challenges and opportunities we face as a Nation. The forum also discussed how we can better protect individuals and communities from cyber attacks by elevating awareness and encouraging the public to take increased measures to protect themselves online.
