COURSE: 30-439 Professional Development 4: Role Transition (4) This practicum provides the opportunity for students to demonstrate competency in the role of provider and manager of care.  Students provide safe-quality care for patients across the lifespan in acute care settings.  Students collaborate with a preceptor and faculty member to achieve course objectives and individualized learning goals. Prerequisite: Second-semester Senior Nursing major status; Nursing 30-435; Nursing 30-436 or concurrently; and consent of the College of Nursing and Health Professions.
