COURSE: 47-256 Building Competitive Operations Planning and Logistics (3)
This course will provide an introduction to a field of study relevant to Transportation Administration. The student will learn to evaluate the process constraints and choices within global logistics to establish a plan linked to overall strategy. In addition, the student will understand natural dynamics within the supply chain to optimize performance and profitability, and the student will acquire basic concepts to align distribution and transportation options with supply chain strategy. Prerequisite: 13-120, 46-201, 47-201, and 47-250.
