SPECIALIZATION C: CHILD AND FAMILY WELFARE
This specialization prepares students upon graduation to work in social service agencies with all types of people in need, especially with respect to foster care, adoption, and child abuse and neglect. Students will be able to work with families in need and help them with all of the various difficulties they encounter. This specialization also prepares students for graduate school. An additional two courses will be added to the requirements of students who plan to pursue graduate school.
