COURSE: 16-350 Exercise Prescription for Varied Populations (3)
Student study techniques, procedures and gain practical laboratory experience in aerobic, strength, flexibility, blood pressure and related measurements. Students apply measurements to specific exercise mandates, as well as to varied populations such as geriatrics, diabetics, pregnant women and those individuals with weight management issues. Prerequisite: 16-211 or 16-212; 16-196. Offered: Alternate Fall Semesters beginning Fall 2007.
