COURSE: 16-171 First Aid and Adult CPR (1)
This course introduces students to the proper techniques to use in handling various emergency situations. Students are introduced to the appropriate treatment techniques to use in the following environments: rescue breathing, CPR for adults, wounds, injuries to muscles/bones/joints, shock and sudden illness. Successful completion of the course leads to certification from the American Red Cross for First Aid and adult CPR. Offered: As a seminar, Fall, Spring, Summer.
